This new free service is now available in your control panel, and provides all customers with the options to be instantly notified on your mobile phone about account activity, invoices, order status updates, upcoming domain renewals, and much more!
Available to all our customers in over 210 countries around the world, you can take advantage of our SMS notifications service to stay up to date about:
• Invoice Reminders
• Domains Expiring
• New Order Setups
• Changes to Account Details
• Special Smarthost Promotions
The best part of this new service is that is if fully under your control. You can manage what messages we send, and you will never be bothered with unwanted texts. For example, if you just want to be notified of new invoices raised on your account, you can switch this notification on while leaving everything else off. Configuring the notification system takes seconds to do, and you must opt-in to the service. This offers a new level in communication which is fully under your control. The entire notification system can be disabled if you do not want such notifications. In fact, the system is disabled by default, and you must enable it to start receiving messages.
To get started using our free SMS service, simply activate it by going to Account Details -> SMS Notifications from the SmartHost Client Area, entering your mobile phone number and choosing the time you prefer to receive SMS messages.
